Meet the Entrepreneur's Shelley and Hannah, from the Moorefield Diner located in Moorefield, Ontario. 

Hello, we are Shelley and Hannah from the Moorefield Diner. Shelley is the Owner of the Moorefield Diner and is a mom of four girls who all, at times work and help out at the diner. Hannah is one of Shelley's daughters who began working for her when she decided to start her adventure at the Diner and now manages the day to day operations. Growing up in small Village of Port Hawksburry Cape Breton Shelley truly began to miss the small town feel after moving with her Husband and family to a busy city in Ontario a number of years back. When the opportunity to move to the small town of Moorefield presented itself our family quickly made the move and easily settled into the welcoming community.

While raising a family it was always a running joke that Shelley would cook for a small village; therfore when the opportunity to take over the Moorefield Diner came it was a natural fit! Taking over the Moorefield Diner nearly 10 years ago we had one goal that we still stick to today. Make our customers feel like they are home! We continue to strive for this each day with our generous portions of homestyle cooking, and occasionally the banter our regular customers enjoy with our servers. Although Hannah has now taken over many of our day to day operations; she along with our dedicated staff team still strive to meet these goals. Always working to provide a warm atmosphere where Friends and Family can come to meet.

In May the Moorefield Diner is proud to be apart of the WOWSA event Boss babe one a budget. We also will be working hard behind the scenes in May preparing for our 10 year anniversary at the Moorefield Diner which will take place in July.
