What have you learned from running your own business?

Getting a business up and running takes a lot of hard work and dedication

challenge was finding business so late in the season. Most people had already arranged lawn

Can you share 2 or 3 experiences you have gained as an entrepreneur?

Basic bookkeeping/journalling was a new skill I learned. We also discovered that we needed to change with the market and expand our services. In order to find enough jobs, we also weeding services, running errands/doing local deliveries, and took on handyman/maintenance ended up offering jobs (ie. wallpaper removal, vehicle cleaning, pool vacuuming).

What was the best part of being your own boss?

We can't work in a job yet, so it was a way to earn money, also we were able to schedule our jobs around our commitments with other things

Will you continue your business after the Summer?

Yes, i can move into raking leaves and possibly snow removal
